Portal de asesores
A mobile-first PWA unifying the tools Red Magisterial's sales force runs on — CRM, contracts, scholarship calculator and manuals.
Context
The asesores are Edilar's sales force for Red Magisterial: they sell the platform to teachers and offer the scholarships that come with it, backed by regional and territorial managers. Their tools were scattered across several internal systems sitting on an Oracle backend, none of them built for the phone they actually work from.

The operations manual as a digital product: tabs per section, persistent search, numbered steps, document lists and APTO / NO APTO tables — instead of a PDF.
Team
I lead UX on the portal in a hybrid role: I design in Figma, coordinate with the dev team, and build front-end components myself — which is why this project became the pilot for a Figma → code handoff the company wants to replicate. The portal dev built the income, dashboard and CRM modules from the designs; a second dev picks up expenses in phase two. All development routes through IT, so part of the work was negotiating a direct approval channel instead of passing through intermediaries.
